And Mindful Creativity

A space to prepare for, recover from, and integrate expanded states of awareness

The word psychedelic comes from psyche (mind) and delic (to manifest), referring to ANY EXPERIENCE that brings the mind into an expanded state, with or without substances. Expanded states of awareness can arise spontaneously in nature, in an elevated or extreme experience of emotion or sensation, from trauma, from an experience of injury or illness, caring for an ailing or dying loved one, from connecting with psychedelic plants, fungi or human-made molecules…the list is goes on.

In my experience, true integration of these states—the kind that’s connected to your deepest inner healing intelligence and dislodges/transforms maladaptive reactive patterns—only happens when we fully honor and include the physical, embodied self: the soma.

The body keeps the scoreour issues are in our tissues.

Psychedelic Yoga - with or without optional plant medicine microdose is somadelic—body manifesting. Breath or Yoga Nidra followed by supported creative practice creates a uniquely powerful pathway for release and transformation of newly created, or long-held, constrictive embodied patterns.

This cuddly cocoon is designed specifically for you. A perfect place to safely experience cannabis in an intentional, therapeutic, and professionally supported container in the privacy of your own home, this “pay what you want” weekly container is a guided, creative space to prepare for or integrate psychedelic experiences, replenish your energy, deepen your self-care, cultivate resilience, and prevent or recover from burnout.

In this cozy nest, you’ll be expertly led through an exceptionally deep meditative journey practice and creativity flow aided by an optional, mindful cannabis micro-dose.

Peers in service: Caregivers, therapists, medical providers, parents…your life is big, beautiful, intense—and at times completely exhausting. You care selflessly for others, and now it’s time to bring your full presence to yourself, so that you can rest, restore, rewire, and remain in full presence with others. Psychedelic Yoga is a sacred space to unwind and recharge—to come home to yourself.

Journeyers: Preparation and Integration of expanded states of consciousness happens not just in the mind, but throughout the body. When we try to think our way through the insights attained in ceremony, we often get stuck. But when we meet the body with compassion, patterns soften, and the growth sparked by expanded states can truly take root and blossom.

This is a “pay what you want” offering, and you are warmly invited to come as you are. My suggestion is that you try one to three sessions and see how they resonate. If you feel supported and have the means, consider an energetic exchange that feels aligned.

Offered Mondays 6-8 pm CST

A soft yet powerful somadelic synergy

Yoga Nidra, on its own, is an incredibly effective practice—used in hospitals, oncology wards, and for treating persistent mental health conditions worldwide. When paired with cannabis, its potency deepens exponentially. Cannabis enhances meditation by softening the mind, body, and spirit, creating a receptive, fertile ground for transformation.

Cannabis, in her own right, is profoundly therapeutic, working in harmony with our endocannabinoid system to bridge our internal and external worlds. But she does not act independently—she requires direction, intention. This is where sankalpa - your intention - comes in. Cannabis is a consent-based ally; she won’t force you forward without your guidance. As with any intentional journey, you must first place a pin on the map.

Similarly, Yoga Nidra opens us to vast potentiality—the deep, fertile void where true transformation occurs. It is here, in this profoundly receptive state, that we plant our sankalpa—our intention—allowing it to take root beyond the surface mind.

Through the progressive relaxation of Yoga Nidra, our sankalpa is nourished, embedded deep in the subconscious where real, lasting shifts in our default patterns can take hold. With cannabis as a catalyst, intention as the guide, Yoga Nidra as the container, and creativity as the integrative alchemy, we create a synergistic pathway for meaningful and sustained healing.
