Who Am I?

Somatic Psychotherapist & Psychedelic Doula

Welcome! I’m so glad to meet you.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Art Therapy. I’m also a certified Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapist (MBPT), a Certified Wellness and Health Coach (CWHC), and a practitioner of Reiki, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra.

I show up in this work as a counselor, artist, psychedelic doula, and sun-seeking nomad—with a deep love for nature, mindfulness, creative expression, and embodied healing. These threads weave through everything I offer, grounded in a belief that transformation is not just possible, but natural—especially when we feel safe, seen, and connected.

My path has taken me through many healing roles: from coordinating care in clinical settings, to coaching women through cycles of change, to creating art as medicine, to sitting in deep presence with people navigating altered states of consciousness. All of these experiences inform the way I hold space: with compassion, curiosity, and a reverence for the wholeness that already lives within you.

You’re not broken, and you don’t need to become anyone else to heal. You get to arrive just as you are—and from there, we walk together.

As a somatic psychotherapist, I guide you in the language of your body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or stories, I help you listen to the wisdom held in your breath, movement, sensations, and subtle tension. Together, we explore how trauma, joy, and life’s experiences have shaped your nervous system, and we cultivate practices to release what no longer serves you.

Through gentle, embodied awareness, breathwork, and movement, I support you in reconnecting with your own inner guidance, reclaiming your sense of presence, and integrating your deepest insights into everyday life. This work is a path of remembering: your body is not just a vessel—it is a living archive, a source of profound healing, resilience, and transformation.

what is a somatic Psychotherapist?

A person's arms and hands are visible as they draw pink circles on a piece of paper. A yellow mug filled with colorful markers, some with smiley faces, is in the foreground. The person is sitting on the floor, and there are additional drawings with pink spirals and colorful markers around.

As a psychedelic doula, I compassionately support you through the full arc of your psychedelic journey—before, during, and after—offering presence, care, and deep attunement. Just as birth and death doulas walk beside someone through profound life transitions, I hold space for you as you move through the initiatory terrain of expanded consciousness, healing, and personal transformation.

I understand that psychedelic experiences can feel like emotional rebirths, ego dissolutions, or soul awakenings—and I honor them with the same tenderness, reverence, and support we give any major life passage.

At its heart, this work is about compassionate presence. I walk with you—not to direct your path, but to hold you fully as you navigate your own, helping you feel safe, seen, and supported every step of the way.

“We’re all just walking each other home.” ~ Ram Dass

what is a Psychedelic Doula?

Background

My background is broad ranging – professionally I’ve done everything from organic farming and goat herding in the tropics to working (a soul-stealing) sales job in the corporate world. I’m a mom, a partner, an artist, have overcome excessive alcohol use, body dysmorphia and disordered eating. I’ve cared for babies, and elders, and folks at the end of life. Somehow, everything I’ve done – yes, even the goat herding – has been about relationships. We are in relationship with absolutely everything – the clothes we wear, the food we eat, the natural and social environments around us, what we do for a living, and of course how we relate to each other.

My experience in primary care and surgical patient coordination underscored the primacy of how we relate to one another. Witnessing individuals stranded, struggling against overwhelming medical bureaucracy at some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives hit a very deep nerve, my role here – in this walk of life – is that of a facilitator—someone to travel alongside you for a time, easing the burdens that feel too heavy, and offering support in setting them down when the time is right.

Psychedelic medicine is powerful medicine - in sensitive and skilled hands, it functions as accelerator to break through physical and emotional blockages in a radically efficient way, which, when not supported properly can cause figurative whiplash, disorientation, and potentially regression or worsening of the original issue.

This work is not inherently “safe”. It requires courage. You will be pushed to your limits, feel things you’ve had to avoid feeling - possibly for decades. You deserve an experienced, trauma-informed, seasoned, and compassionate facilitator at your side as you explore expanded states of consciousness to heal.

Discovery Call
  • I'VE STARTED TO FEEL WHOLE AGAIN.

I have to confess I didn't expect a cannabis experience to affect me this deeply. I'd lost myself for a while, and now I've started to feel whole again.

  • NURTURED and CARED FOR

Zoë holds a beautiful, safe, and sacred space to come into communion with plant medicine.  I felt nurtured and cared for from the moment I walked into her peaceful sanctuary to the time my loved one arrived to drive me home.  The rituals leading up to connecting with the medicine helped build a solid container for me to surrender and allow the full potential of cannabis in my body.  I had a mystical and blissed-out experience.
