Psychedelic Somatic Meditation, Breath, And Mindful Creativity
A space to prepare for, recover from, and integrate expanded states of awareness
Offered Mondays 6-8 pm Central (US)
RETURNING MONDAY, OCTOBER 6TH, 2025
The word psychedelic comes from psyche (mind) and delic (to manifest)—any experience that expands awareness, with or without substances. These states can arise in nature, during intense emotion, trauma, illness, caregiving, or through connection with plant or spirit medicine.
True integration—transforming maladaptive patterns and connecting with deep inner healing—happens when we honor the body. The soma holds our stories; the body keeps the score.
Enter the Gateway. With or without a mindful plant microdose, somadelic practices—like breathwork or Yoga Nidra followed by creative expression—unlock release and transformation of long-held patterns.
This cozy, professional container is designed for you: a safe, “pay what you want” weekly space to explore cannabis intentionally, prepare for or integrate psychedelic experiences, replenish energy, deepen self-care, and cultivate resilience. You’ll be guided through meditative journeys and creative flow, optionally supported by mindful microdosing.
This is a “pay what you want” offering, and you are warmly invited to come as you are. My suggestion is that you try one to three sessions and see how they resonate. If you feel supported and have the means, consider an energetic exchange that feels aligned.
A soft yet powerful somadelic synergy
Yoga Nidra, on its own, is an incredibly effective practice—used in hospitals, oncology wards, and for treating persistent mental health conditions worldwide. When paired with cannabis, its potency deepens exponentially. Cannabis enhances meditation by softening the grip of the thinking mind, unwinding tension in the body, and opening up to spirit, creating a receptive, fertile ground for transformation.
Cannabis, in her own right, is profoundly therapeutic, working in harmony with our endocannabinoid system to bridge our internal and external worlds. But she does not act independently—she requires direction, intention. This is where sankalpa - your intention - comes in. Cannabis is a consent-based ally; she won’t force you forward without your guidance. As with any intentional journey, you must first place a pin on the map.
Similarly, Yoga Nidra opens us to vast potentiality—the deep, fertile void where true transformation occurs. It is here, in this profoundly receptive state, that we plant our sankalpa—our intention—allowing it to take root beyond the surface mind.
Through the progressive relaxation of Yoga Nidra, our sankalpa is nourished, embedded deep in the subconscious where real, lasting shifts in our default patterns can take hold. With cannabis as a catalyst, intention as the guide, Yoga Nidra as the container, and creativity as the integrative alchemy, we create a synergistic pathway for meaningful and sustained healing.
