Inner roadtrip psychedelic intensives

Maybe you’ve been tuning in to the latest news surrounding the life changing potential of psychedelics, and are curious to know more. Maybe someone you trust has suggested psychedelics to you…whatever the reason may be, you’ve found yourself taking the first steps toward a psychedelic journey.

You’re certain to have questions, bring them to your discovery call, I look forward to offering you some clarity about your decision, no matter which direction you decide to go.

After we’ve met on your discovery call, I will email you everything you need to get scheduled for your sessions, including a detailed safety questionnaire.

I’m deeply committed to your health, safety and wellbeing. Certain medical and psychological conditions conflict with experiencing a successful psychedelic journey. Let’s make sure you’re completely safe so that I can support you fully.

Once you’ve scheduled your journey intensive/s and submitted payment, you’ll receive a series of communications designed to weave in with our preparation and integration meetings to allow you to fully prepare for and integrate your journeys.

You began the work of preparation when you first decided to get in touch for a discovery call. Now, you’re about to set sail on your (perhaps first, perhaps 50th) psychedelic journey. Every journey is different, no matter your level of experience, so the importance of preparation should never be understated or ignored.

In your preparation session, I’ll provide you with detailed information about what to expect during your journey, how psychedelic cannabis affects the mind, body, and spirit, and walk you through your upcoming journey day in detail.

You’ll also receive detailed information on how to best support yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally as you prepare for and integrate your experience.

We’ll address any last-minute questions you might have, and lay the foundation for solid intention-setting by doing either a mindfulness-based meditative breathwork exercise, therapeutic art/creativity and/or journaling.

All systems go. Full experience time is 4 to 5 hours, depending on which journey intensive you choose.

Psychedelic cannabis offers a unique opportunity to break up the journey into two or three “chapters” of shorter duration. This is a benefit for several reasons - top among those is that they are FAR easier on the body than those with undertaken with most other psychedelic medicines.

Quite often, the first experience opens the door, and second or third journeys allow you to walk through that door and fully process what’s behind it.

This is why I always recommend first time Inner Roadtrippers schedule at least a 2-journey intensive (the “Two Day Trip”).

If you book the “Inner Roadtrip”, we’ll add some guided breath work to journey session #3.

No driving is allowed after any journey experience, assure that you’ve arranged a ride home via a trusted friend, family member, or app-based service.

The psychedelic trip itself is where the hype resides, the “bells and whistles” but integration is BY FAR the most important stage of your psychedelic journey, and will continue long after your Roadtrip has concluded.

You may have quite a bit of information to process, plus neural networks and the default mode network are persistent in their attempts to pull you back into your habitual zones. Without the support and guidance of specialized after-care, it’s easy to become overwhelmed or discouraged.

Your journey package includes one integration session, however further sessions are encouraged as needed, and available on an ongoing basis at my regular hourly rate of $125.

Often, integration work continues long beyond a single session. Additional integration sessions are available at my regular hourly rate of $125 for as long as you need them.

In addition, after the initial Roadtrip is over, many clients find that continuing psychedelic therapy - maintenance - is highly beneficial for their ongoing wellbeing and mental health.
